About James E. Nyberg

Mr. Nyberg is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nyberg & Associates, LLC.  He has assisted clients in raising equity and debt financing, and manages the day-to-day accounting and finance needs for clients who own everything from a single retail location up to those with divergent business lines in multiple states. 

Prior to forming the Company, Mr. Nyberg has held senior financial positions for companies from the startup phase to those that are publicly traded, including four years with Ernst & Young, LLP.  Mr. Nyberg is a Certified Public Accountant in Nevada and Ohio, has his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
